Sigita Beliunaite

Brief info

I offer a hands on approach to osteopathy coming from a sports massage background and emphasize a narrative-based approach which values individual patients’ stories and experiences. I also enjoy working the acupuncture.

Tailoring each treatment to suit the individual and focusing on the body as a whole rather than just focusing on the symptom are expressed by “hands-on” therapy, education, advice on self-management and exercises.

I graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and have experience in treating adults of all ages, chronic pain, and pregnant women. Consultations are also available in my native Lithuanian language.

Outside of clinic hours, I enjoy kitesurfing, paddleboarding, gardening and yoga.

Sammy, Erith,

Reno has such a great energy and this is passed through his hands into his treatment. I always feel better!

Louise, Eltham,

Dennis is always amazing; on time, lovely space and my neck feels better than it has in years.

Nicolle, Plumstead,

I had given up on ever walking properly again, without pain or a stick until I went to Teri.’

'I love working with patients to relieve pain and tension, but importantly to help reduce the risk of future injuries'
